Senator Kaka Shehu Lawan Boosts University Education in Borno Central with ₦500M

Senator representing Borno Central, Sen. Kaka Shehu Lawan SAN, has facilitated ₦500,000,000 from his constituency projects to renovate academic and non-academic facilities at the newly established Federal University of Agriculture and Entrepreneurship, Bama, which he sponsored.

This complements the ₦1,000,000,000 take-off grant earlier provided by His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Borno State, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, for the university’s establishment.

Together, these interventions strengthen the institution’s foundation, ensure a smooth start to academic activities, and promote education and regional development across Northern Nigeria and neighboring countries such as Chad, Niger, and Cameroon.

The KSL Project Team wishes to formally convey its profound gratitude to the Distinguished Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kaka Shehu Lawan , SAN, representing Borno Central Senatorial District, for his visionary leadership and sustained commitment to capacity building and economic empowerment.
Through the successful organization of a three-day workshop on Cyber Security and Artificial Intelligence, in collaboration with the Centre for Management Development, the Senator empowered 480 participants drawn from all eight local governments of Borno Central Senatorial District. This initiative, ranked as the 5th capacity building programme under his stewardship, reaffirms his dedication to human capital development.
The disbursement of ₦100,000 to each beneficiary further demonstrates his compassion, generosity, and responsiveness to the needs of the people.
