Theme: "Beyond Prices – Consumer Trust, Digital Experience and Accountability"

BrandXchange, the organizers of the Consumers Value Awards (CVA) 2025 are pleased to announce that the nomination period has been officially extended and will now close on May 30, 2025. This extension offers more opportunity for brands, organizations, and consumers to participate in one of Nigeria’s most credible consumer-centered recognition platforms.

Now in its fourth edition, the CVA continues to champion excellence, transparency, and value in the marketplace by recognizing brands that deliver outstanding consumer satisfaction and uphold ethical standards.

The theme for the 2025 edition – "Beyond Prices – Consumer Trust, Digital Experience and Accountability" – reflects the evolving expectations of consumers in the country. It highlights the need for brands to go beyond pricing strategies and focus on building deeper trust, offering seamless digital engagement, and demonstrating corporate responsibility across every touch point.

"In today’s dynamic consumer landscape, price alone is no longer the sole driver of loyalty," said Akonte Ekine, Convener CVA "Consumers are demanding more transparency, a stronger digital experience, and measurable accountability from the brands they interact with. This year’s theme reinforces our commitment to spotlighting brands that meet and exceed these expectations."

Consumers, industry stakeholders, and the general public are encouraged to submit nominations for brands that have demonstrated excellence in customer satisfaction, digital innovation, and ethical practices.
