The egusi soup I was served yesterday at the function had so much oil, it literally turned into oil soup 😭😂 Healthy foods can still hinder your weight loss progress… and oil is one of them! Portion and oil control matters.

I've tried different approaches, but the method that has worked best for me is fasting combined with a calorie deficit. It hasn't always been easy, and there were days I wanted to give up, but I kept showing up for myself.

I've learned that weight loss isn't about being perfect—it's about being consistent. No shortcuts, no magic pills, just patience, discipline, and making better choices every day.

This is what worked for me, and I'm still learning and growing on this journey

What exactly did the treadmill do?
Most people think weight loss starts in the gym.

It doesn’t.

It starts with the plate.

One hour workout: gone in minutes after soft drinks, snacks, and late-night eating.

Then frustration comes.

‘Why am I not losing weight?

Because exercise helps.

But overeating cancels it.

You cannot burn chaos faster than you eat it.
The body keeps records.

Every snack. Every drink. Every excuse.

The kitchen decides the result.
