Brows on extremely fair ,low-melanin can be tricky , because of the skin tone and hair color, the smallest mistake will be very obvious.
She was really scared because of the bad experience she had with another artist. Shade was wrongly matched because of her hair color ( imagine having a reddish brows ) Luckily for her , if faded almost completely.
This is why I always start soft and natural, then bold up at touchup only if needed.
