How my wife prayed me out of sickness.
One faithful night, I went to bed healthy and strong. I already had my plans for the following day. Suddenly around 3am, everything changed.
“My stomach… my stomach…”
I cried out in pain from my sleep.
My wife woke up beside me confused and worried.
“Babe, what’s wrong?” she asked.
“Baby, my stomach hurts… and it hurts badly.”
At first, it felt like an ordinary stomach upset, so she reached for our first aid box and gave me the available medication.
But the pain intensified.
We tried reaching a doctor — no answer.
We tried calling our pastor — no answer.
At that point, I felt helpless. I had prayed, laid hands on myself, declared words of healing… yet the pain kept getting worse.
My wife watched me rolling on the bed like a baby in pain.
Then she did something powerful.
She placed her hands on my stomach and commanded healing over me in the name of Jesus. Then she told me to sleep.
Immediately, I fell into a deep sleep.
When I woke up, I was healed by the power of God.
She could have panicked.
She could have cried.
She could have surrendered to fear.
Instead, she chose faith.
“For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
When choosing a spouse, physical attraction is good… but never neglect the spiritual side.
Let me leave you with this thought:
If life suddenly becomes difficult, does your circle have the faith, strength, and wisdom to pull you through… or will they watch you sink?
God has blessed you.

I came home tired and stressed after a few days of working on site.
My family welcomed me with love and a good meal. I ate and took my medication, then went to bed.
My daughter quietly joined me and asked,
“Daddy, are you tired?”
I said yes.
She then said, “Daddy, should I sing for you?”
I said yes, and she started singing a lullaby so I could sleep.
Such a small girl, yet so caring and intentional.
Moments like this remind me that all the hard work on site, all the pressure, all the sacrifice it’s not in vain. You’re not just building projects; you’re building a heart that knows compassion, empathy, and intentional care.
I felt truly blessed.
