ARE YOU CONFUSED?
Most times your mind gets so busy that you feel like running mad. You get choked up in your thoughts and yet there's no escape strategy.
What exactly is the problem?
* Is it financial constraints? You need a steady source of income to cater for numerous needs?
* Is it family crisis? This can be extremely overwhelming.
* Is it a job related challenge?
* A personal struggle affecting your life in one way or the other? Physical? Spiritual? Mental?
You need to relax. A bothered mind cannot make healthy decisions.
STEPS TO TAKE:
1. Overcome tension and worry:
You need a solution, right? That means your mind needs to figure out something. In this case, calm down. Control tension and every form of worry. You can take a short nap to clear your mind. Avoid “drinking” as an escape strategy. It fails.
2. Relate with someone:
A problem shared is half solved. Don't just keep it to yourself, speak to a “trusted “ person. Gather ideas but choose wisely.
3. Acknowledge your preferences:
This would guide your decision making process. What do you love doing? What skills would you enjoy learning? Would you prefer going to a driving school or learning Data analysis? Continuous examination of oneself and acknowledgement of passion, strengths, weaknesses and preferences can help combat confusion faster.
4. Contact a mental health therapist:
In situations where confusion is endangering, consult a mental health therapist. If your confused state is affecting your daily life negatively or it feels out of control, consult professional help immediately.
We all get confused at one point or the other. Its part of the physical journey of the human mind. In all, follow the above guidelines to ensure your victory over confusion.

Look into the mirror. Now.
Who do you see?
An identity clouded with doubt and fear or a person filled with vigor?
How do you see yourself? A failure? A weakling? A good for nothing? A Champion? A tycoon? An achiever? A goal getter?
What exactly? Ask yourself.
Its high time you told yourself who you truly are. You can’t expect the world to see a champion in you when you feel like a loser. You can’t break barriers and reach your peak when you fold your hands each day waiting for a miracle. “How would I start?” “What if I fail?” “What would they say?” “Maybe tomorrow.” You have bathed your life with enough excuses. Get up my friend and rule your world.
Don’t allow your skills and abilities to die because you fear failure. Fail, fail again, you become stronger. The greatest achievers were great failures, but they stood up each time they fell. Stand up and move.
Believe in yourself first. Throw away “I’ll start tomorrow” Discover yourself today.
What do you love doing? What are your fears and weaknesses? What drives your passion? What potential lives in you?
Ask yourself, not tomorrow. Now.
You’ve waited enough, you’ve doubted for a long time, you’ve always hoped for the right time. Now is the right time.
Strike your chest and tell yourself. “Yes, I can do it” Trust me, you will. You are a champion, it's time to start winning. Remember, failure is part of the journey. Don’t waver.

INSTEAD OF WAKING UP CONFUSED ABOUT YOUR DAY’S PLANS, THIS IS A PROVEN SYSTEM THAT CLEARS YOUR MIND EVEN BEFORE THE COCK’S FIRST CROW..
(There’s a bonus tip if you read till the end, you don't want to miss it)
How often have you woken up to a new day filled with stress and confusion even before activities set in motion?
For me, almost everyday. That was in the past anyway until these proven actions crafted a new me.
You want to wake up prepared right? Not opening your eyes to a list of activities staring wildly at you. That feeling can be overwhelming.
Here’s what you need to do.
It all starts the night before that day. Don’t expect to wake up and have everything under your control without prior preparation.
Are you a magician?
* PREPARE YOUR PLANS THE NIGHT BEFORE: Back then, I always woke up thinking: “ Should I wash my clothes first, No, I should visit the grocery store before that, or, what if I prepare my public speech first, It’ll take too long, I should start with my morning exercise……..
How confused have you been? Just like me?
Before you sleep, write down your plans for the next day. Don’t just jump on the bed feeling fulfilled and wake up feeling confused. You know the activities to be carried out, prepare them physically and mentally. Be sure to note them all, even the most unnecessary.
* PRIORITIZE: Now, what’s more important to you? Place them first. For example, preparing a public speech is more important than hanging out with friends over a bottle of beer, your speech preparation should top the list. Arrange other activities on a scale of priority. Less important ones can come later.
Remember, you should do all these the night before.
* GO TO BED ON TIME: Do you expect to sleep by 1:02am and wake up by 5:00am feeling energized and ready for the new day? Really?
Make sure you marry your bed by 8pm Yes, I know traffic and other circumstances can cause delay, let’s make it 9pm maximum.
You need to wake up strong. Don't you?
* WAKE UP EARLY: You have plans to achieve and you’re still rolling in bed at 10:00am. Are you kidding me? Maybe, your plans permits that, its up to you. But, to satisfy the demands of the day, start early.
* STICK TO YOUR PLAN: When you start your day, work with your set out plan. Circumstances can come up which might lead to disruptions in one way or the other, you must remain focused and organized. Hence, the need to wake early so as to tackle situations you did not prepare for that might arise.
* REMAIN POSITIVE: No matter what happens, remain calm and positive. Some plans may not go as prepared, you’re not a god. Just move on, it happens.
* PRAY: Remember, there’s a God who can do what you can’t. Commit your plans to him and trust his plans for you. No matter how good your decisions are, he know best.
I remember, a bonus tip:
*If there are some activities that might slow down your work the following day, like washing the dishes, clearing cobwebs, do them before you sleep. Save time.

UNLOCK YOUR FREEDOM FROM FEAR. CONQUER IT TODAY!
Are you still in prison?
For how long have you been a captive of that enemy called fear?
Doesn’t matter anyway. Its time to break free.
I was a prisoner of fear.
The intense vibration of my chest which was as a result of the rigorous pounding of my heart is still etched in my memory. I had this feeling whenever I was to speak in public, approach someone for something or in a situation where I had to play a role in one way or another.
What about you?
What always makes your heart jump out of your chest?
Once fear creeps in and you give it a room, it destroys your plan, shatters your goal and negates your results.
Is it the job interview? The presentation in school or in the office? Or whatever be the situation, conquer fear today.
How?
There’s an accomplice to be combated. The devil? No. Your village people? No.
Your mind.
I discovered that it all began in my mind. It already registered negativity in those situations, maybe, I had experienced them before and it turned out bad, as a result, that initial experience dwells in my mind and spikes up each time I decide to try again.
I failed each time because my mind believed it would turn out bad, the fear of failure ruled my world.
The fear of failure.
What If I fail? What if it goes wrong again? What if something bad happens?
Trust me, when you entertain these thoughts, fear drives in and the result is a mess.
So, combat your mind. You own it, control it.
*Distract your mind from thoughts of failure and negativity. Feel positive, speak positive, remain positive. Always distract your mind. Think about your victory or imagine something that makes you happy, dwell in that scenario for as long as possible.
*Take deep breaths: This helps you relax. It calms your nerves and reduces tension.
*You can’t be perfect: Many times we rely on past mistakes which affects the present. Move on, learn from them. The longer they reside with you, the longer you remain a captive. Don’t expect perfection, you’re not a god. Don’t desire to please or impress everybody, you can’t. Be yourself.
Lastly,
*Face your fears: The more you run away from them, the more they haunt you. Be brave. You might fail severally but that’s a sign that you can do better.
I implement these techniques and they help me win the battle against fear.

One of the hardest virtues to practice is "Patience"
Do you know what it feels like believing in something, maybe a dream job, financial breakthrough, educational advancement, marital settlement, visa approval, or whatever the case may be, and yet it seems as if your efforts are not paying off?
Thousands of people have committed su***de because they believed it was over for them. They concluded that their existence was a mistake, ending it became a better option.
Why?
They lost the strength to wait and keep trying.
Will you loose that strength too?

The journey of life is one that cannot be comprehended. Its a mystery that lives beyond human understanding.
Wait. Try again. Be patient.
Don't compare yourself with Aunty Bisi or Brother Tunde, their journey and yours is completely different, their story and yours cannot be the same.

Even when circumstances press heavily against you, when hope seems to wither and faith resignes, hold on, wait. Your time is already near!
