Back to 2025. Bassey Day 2025. 11.07.25. Back to where it all began. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to officially launch the Calvin Bassey Collective. One mission. A long-term commitment to community, inclusivity, and empowerment, focusing on creating safe, supportive spaces for young people in London. Kicking things off with the refurbishment of Forest Gate Youth Centre pitch, the place where me and my brothers spent a lot of our youth. It was an absolute pleasure to hold Bassey Day for 180 young people at Forest Gate Youth. Meant so much to be able to inspire the next generation & give back to a place that helped shape me. Massive thank you to everyone that showed up & pulled this together. Football. Food. Music. Boxing. Haircuts. This is the Calvin Bassey Collective. 💚
