DIAGNOSING A NOISY WHEEL HUB!
The most reliable way to diagnose wheel hub noise involves lifting the vehicle, removing the wheel, and checking for looseness or play in the hub.
You can also use a stethoscope (mechanic's or electronic) to listen for the noise and pinpoint the source while the vehicle is running at a moderate speed.
Additionally, monitoring for excessive heat on the hub after driving can be helpful.
