Today we celebrate a leader with a heart of gold!
A Global CEO that listens to us like his siblings, and sees us like his best friends.

Today we celebrate our leader who walk into a room and the atmosphere shifts; not from noise, but from presence, respect, and the sheer weight of his golden heart.

You’re the kind of man people don’t just look up to, they lean on.
We might joke, laugh, and tease but the honest truth is:
You are one of one; a very rare breed of leader with a heart so big it contains us all so effortlessly.

If there’s one man every youth and aspiring leader should mirror,
your name will echo a million times in that mention.

You’re not just our boss,
you’re our mentor.
You don’t just give salaries,
you give the warmest hugs.
You don’t just set rules,
you walk the path with us.

You’re a builder of people,
An empowerer of dreams.

On this special day, RYNI Media team shouts a resounding Happy Birthday to our Global CEO!

We love you.
We appreciate you.
And we’re privileged to learn from you every day.

We celebrate not just the special occasion of your birthday, we celebrate the man who never stops giving. We’re grateful to journey under your covering, and we’re wishing you joy, peace, health, and a year that rewards your heart.

lot of tech people think being good at their skill is enough.

Code well.
Design well.
Build products.

And everything will work out.
That belief is why many tech people are stuck.
I’ve seen brilliant developers underpaid for years.

Talented designers struggling to get quality clients.
Skilled tech professionals burning out with nothing solid to show for it.

The problem is not talent.
It is lack of positioning.

Tech skill without communication is invisible.
Tech skill without structure is unstable.
Tech skill without business understanding limits growth.
Being technical is important.

But growth comes when you understand how your work creates value, how to explain it, and how to place yourself where problems and money meet.

The tech people who grow fastest are not always the smartest.
They are the ones who understand users, markets, pricing, and visibility.

Skill opens the door.
Strategy keeps you in the room.
So let me ask you,

are you focusing only on getting better at your craft,
or are you learning how to position that craft for real growth?

came across a young girl. She looked around 17 to 18 years old. She was having a serious quarrel with her dad.

At first, I was curious. Why was such a young girl shouting at her father in public?

People were already trying to calm the man down because he was threatening to beat her and lock her inside a room. Even with all the pleading, the argument continued.

I started asking questions to understand what was really going on.

I was told she had written WAEC and was preparing for JAMB registration. Her father had already decided the course she must apply for.

She told him clearly that it was not what she wanted to study and not the career she wanted to pursue.
The man insisted. He told her that if she did not apply for that course, she should count him out of her training. She should look for someone else to pay her school fees and take care of her while in school.

That was how serious the issue was. Serious enough for them to argue openly in public.

As I stood there, I kept thinking about how many people are going through the same thing. Many children.

Many adults too. People living careers they never chose, simply because they followed instructions from parents or loved ones so that peace could reign.

What they are left with later is frustration and a deep feeling of unfulfillment.
Respecting parents is important. But losing your sense of purpose is very costly.

Parents, it is good to guide your children in choosing the right career. But forcing it on them when it is not what they want, especially when their choice is also a good one, is dangerous.

Please do not deviate a child’s purpose to fit into your own.
