Tenant agrees to pay the newly increased rent. Later on, tenant bought a new car for 4.5m, landlord saw it and decided to issue him another notice of rent increment from the newly increased price 1.6m to 3.5m yearly...

Stating that if the tenant can afford to buy a car of 4.5m, he can afford to pay the newly increased 🧐.
