Woman Who Claimed Divine Blessing for N500M Mansion Admits She Lied

Helen Loveth, a Nigerian woman who testified at Evangelist Ebuka Obi’s Zion Ministry about acquiring a N500 million mansion, has revealed why she made the false claim.

Loveth initially stated that divine intervention helped her purchase a luxurious five-bedroom home. However, social media erupted when she was later spotted selling drinks in Enugu, raising questions about her testimony. A viral video showed people confronting her, which led to widespread controversy.

In response, Prophet Ebuka Obi publicly distanced himself from Loveth, stating that he had no knowledge of her claims.

When questioned, Loveth explained that she gave the testimony as an act of faith because she was in the process of purchasing the house. But after her arrest, she admitted, “I did not build the house. We’re still in the process of buying it. I don’t own any house yet.”

She further confessed that she could not provide the house address and had planned to pay in instalments.
