Last month, we faced a setback so big it almost made us stop.
We were shaken. We lost a lot. We almost gave up.

But we didn’t.

And today, we are BACK!

HALIMOT, I WANT TO SHOW YOU SOMETHING.

That was how it started. I remember that moment so clearly.

Someone said, “I have something you’ll like.” I was curious. Then they said, “It’s a business, and it’s very lucrative.”

I was like, “Okay, tell me.”

Then they said, “It’s data reselling.”

My excitement dropped immediately. “Data reselling? What’s special about that?”

I wasn’t convinced. But later that day, I decided to hear the person out.

They explained how people use data every day, how much they sell daily, and how I could make money from it too. It sounded so simple, almost too simple.

I asked, “Will I really make sales?”

The person said, “Yes, because people NEED data. Not once in a while, but every day.”

So, I gave it a shot. They registered me under their website, and that was it.

That was the day Abwaj Data Hub was born.

From skepticism to taking a leap of faith. From using someone else’s platform to now having our own website.

From day one to one year later.

I look back, and all I feel is gratitude.

This journey wasn’t always smooth, but it was worth it.

And today, I stand here, ONE YEAR STRONGER!

Chinonso had been looking forward to Saturday all week. She had a big Zoom conference with corporate marketers that would boost her career. 👌

The session promised invaluable insights, networking, and opportunities. She’d been preparing for this moment, eager to learn and make a great impression. 😘

Saturday came, and Chinonso had a busy day running errands. From morning till afternoon, it was one task after another. 🥺

When the clock struck 5:00 p.m., she was exhausted but determined to make it to the 6:00 p.m. meeting. 😏

She quickly grabbed a quick meal, barely touching it, when she suddenly remembered the meeting. It was already 5:40 p.m. — time was ticking fast! 😲

Panicking, Chinonso rushed home, thinking, “I can’t miss this! It’s a huge opportunity!” As soon as she reached home, she grabbed her phone and tried to join the meeting, but the internet was painfully slow. 🤨

The zoom link wouldn’t load, and even when it did, the connection kept dropping. Her phone screen blinked: “Low data — only 5MB left.😰

In that moment, Chinonso felt defeated. With no time to buy more data or fix the network issue, she watched the minutes pass by, helpless. 🥵

By the time she was able to get online at 7:00 p.m., the meeting had already ended. The opportunity she’d prepared for was gone, and she felt the weight of disappointment.😭
