Not every moment in real estate is about buying or selling. Some days, it’s about presence.

This is one of those days, allocation day.

A quiet reminder that beyond the transactions and paperwork, real people are choosing to bet on spaces they can’t fully see yet, trusting the process and the people behind it.

We see you and we promise to always give you the best at all times.

Cheers to more closings and allocations in AugustšŸ„‚

At Equity Circle, we believe that solid relationships whether with people or with money are the foundation for long-term success.

Think about your closest friendships: they didn’t become strong overnight. It took time, shared goals, trust, and showing up when it mattered most.

That’s the same principle we apply to building wealth: one smart decision at a time, one opportunity at a time, one person at a time.

This World Friendship Day, we are celebrating the power of community the kind that uplifts, grows, and empowers. Whether you’re investing in people or properties, growth comes from consistency and care.

Here’s to friendships that last, and investments that do too.
Let’s keep building bothšŸ„‚

Land is no longer luxury, it’s strategy. And the earlier you start, the better you position your future.

Don’t wait till it’s trending or ā€œripeā€, the best time to take a step was yesterday. The next best time? Now.

Epe is no longer a distant conversation, it’s a live opportunity. With landmark projects shaping it and driving real value, the smart ones are already moving.

Infrastructure is opening up. Industries are taking root. And land? It’s appreciating faster than most are noticing.

The best part? There’s still time to get in but not for long.

We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract by the Lagos State Government for the perimeter fencing of the Alaba Rago Market.

Located on over 22 hectares of land in Ojo, Alaba Rago Market has existed for more than a century and remains one of Lagos’ most prominent informal trading hubs—especially known for its livestock commerce. Over the years, it has also evolved into a thriving secondary economy for scrap materials, refurbished goods, and a wide range of everyday items.

However, despite its historical and economic relevance, the market has faced persistent challenges including poor sanitation, inadequate infrastructure, and unregulated development. These issues have prompted the need for critical intervention and structured redevelopment.

In line with the state’s vision to reimagine and upgrade this legacy space, the Lagos State Government has initiated key infrastructure works—starting with secure boundary fencing. We are honored to be part of this transformation and proud to contribute our expertise to shaping what will become a safer, more organized commercial environment.

This is more than a project—it’s the beginning of a new chapter for Alaba Rago, and we’re excited to be leading the charge.

All in pursuit of a Greater Lagos.

We are pleased to announce that we partnered with the Lagos State Government for the reconstruction of the Alaba Rago Market.

Alaba Rago Market in Ojo, Lagos has long served as a key informal trading hub for livestock majorly. The market thrives as a secondary economy for scrap materials, refurbished goods, and a wide range of everyday items.

Despite its economic significance, Alaba Rago has struggled with challenges including poor sanitation, inadequate drainage, and unregulated development. These long-standing issues have necessitated urgent government attention and intervention.

In response, the Lagos State Government initiated the redevelopment of the market into what will become the Alaba Rago Transnational Market—an ambitious transformation that aligns with the state’s urban renewal agenda and we are honored to to be taking the lead on this for greater Lagos.
