Job Title: Field Sales Executive

🧾 Job Description

Ozmati is looking for smart, energetic, and target-driven Field Sales Executives to help onboard retail businesses, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and SMEs onto the Ozmati platform.

You will be responsible for taking Ozmati directly to business owners, explaining our product, closing deals, and helping merchants get started successfully.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach retail and SME business owners

2. Present and demonstrate Ozmati’s features (POS, inventory, analytics, payments, etc.)

3. Onboard new merchants and assist with setup

4. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

5. Maintain strong relationships with merchants

6. Provide market feedback to the team

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

1. Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline

2. 1–2 years experience in sales or marketing (fintech or SaaS experience is a plus)

3. Strong communication and persuasion skills
