Nigeria’s former president, Muhammadu Buhari, has died in a London clinic, where he was receiving medical care. His death was confirmed by both his family and former aide, Bashir Ahmad. The 82-year-old previously served as military head of state (1983–1985) and later as a democratically elected president (2015–2023).
