OPL Academy’s Technician Empowerment Program (TEP) is officially back, and our first stop took us to GSTC Kwali and GSTC Garki, Abuja, where 165 T3 Construction students were trained over five days in each school.
Through interactive sessions including case studies, role plays, group activities, and collaborative projects, students gained more than technical knowledge, they explored the soft skills that shape true professionals: communication, critical thinking, ethics, and leadership.
TEP is designed to bridge the gap between technical expertise and workplace readiness, giving young professionals a clearer pathway towards building a successful career in Nigeria’s construction industry.
A productive and inspiring start to the program and we’re only just getting started.
