This is a secret many don't know...read to the end.
According to ...... Ray Brown “The best time to buy a house is always five years ago” ......
According to Will Rogers “Don’t wait to buy real estate, buy real estate and wait”
According to Koki Adasi “The house you looked at today and wanted to think about until tomorrow may be the same house someone looked at yesterday and will buy today”
“THE ONLY APPROPRIATE TIME TO BUY PROPERTY IS NOW”
These people have been prophesying some future hidden secrets in this real estate and property sphere through their quotes but many are blindfolded from seeing it.
And I'll explain this with a short fascinating story revealing the hidden vision;
There's a man from kuzando, who has a wife and 2 children, he works as a manager in a prominent company and his salary is a big one to talk about.
He's Rich to the extent that he could rent a house today and leave that same day if he finds it not comfortable or suitable to his desires/taste... He spends not lavishly but never saves or buys assets for the future because of his mindset of what he has now “cannot change and will last forever”.
His friends advise him to buy land or buy a house and build something massive on it because these things with time appreciate and do not depreciate but his reply will be I don't have time for now and I can always do it tomorrow. He kept saying tomorrow until this happened;
An unexpected occurrence took place and he needed to relocate and maintain some standards so as to survive, and as time goes on his wife was put to bed with twins, and during the same period his mother needed to undergo surgery, and his children abroad got kidnapped and the kidnappers demanded something a bit beyond his capacity, and as all these were happening; he became frustrated to a point that affected his level of performance at work.
To cut it short, he lost his job after being overwhelmed by the circumstances and he had to withdraw from his expensive rented apartment and sold out some cars to afford a smaller house.
After seeing for several years that the rent kept skyrocketing, he decided to buy land / house but at this time, what he could afford when he had so much at naira is now , the land and house he could afford when he had so much at is now .
He wept and wished he had paid attention to the prophecy in that quote, trying to tell him that if these things aren’t done now, there’s a repercussion or consequence; it might be to late.

One of the effective ways to solve a problem.
1. Define the problem
Diagnose the situation so that your focus is on the problem, not just its symptoms. Helpful problem-solving techniques include using flowcharts to identify the expected steps of a process and cause-and-effect diagrams to define and analyze root causes.
2. Generate alternative solutions
problem-solving
Postpone the selection of one solution until several problem-solving alternatives have been proposed. Considering multiple alternatives can significantly enhance the value of your ideal solution. Once you have decided on the "what should be" model, this target standard becomes the basis for developing a road map for investigating alternatives. Brainstorming and team problem-solving techniques are both useful tools in this stage of problem-solving.
3. Evaluate and select an alternative
Skilled problem solvers use a series of considerations when selecting the best alternative. They consider the extent to which:
• A particular alternative will solve the problem without causing other unanticipated problems.
• All the individuals involved will accept the alternative.
• Implementation of the alternative is likely.
• The alternative fits within the organizational constraints.
4. Implement and follow up on the solution
Leaders may be called upon to direct others to implement the solution, "sell" the solution, or facilitate the implementation with the help of others. Involving others in the implementation is an effective way to gain buy-in and support and minimize resistance to subsequent changes.
Regardless of how the solution is rolled out, feedback channels should be built into the implementation. This allows for continuous monitoring and testing of actual events against expectations.
Problem-solving, and the techniques used to gain clarity, are most effective if the solution remains in place and is updated to respond to future changes.
