Welcome to day 4- the scripture for today says we should not get tired of living right....this means it won't be an easy journey, many times you will feel like quiting but the Bible says if we don't give up we will see the results we want....I understand how hard it might be for you to leave a life you have been used to , a habit you have lived with for years ,that's why it might not just disappear immediately, sometimes the struggle will be so much you will feel you can't make it .....but remember you can't get tired ,you cannot quit, not now not ever, even if you fall in the course of this fast don't let that discourage you...just get back up and keep moving, it took you a while to build the habit you are trying to break so dont quit...God will supply you with strength and grace in Jesus name
