Hilda has the strength of a man.
The confidence of a tigress.

I closely monitored and observed her facial expressions throughout the late hours of yesterday, let's say from 11pm when we started losing a good percent of the crowd at the Eko Hotel, she was still fully in charge of her mood.

No sense of frustration.
Maybe you could see a stressed baby girl.
But not one that looks like "something was wrong"

The rice obviously took longer to cook, maybe more than she estimated. But she didn't look frustrated. She even had to come to the stage to explain to us how far and why it took longer.

To me, I feel the gas fire 🔥 wasn't generating enough heat to cook faster. But Hilda was fully in charge of the situation with her team.

While the crane was trying to lift the pot for measurement after the cooking, and the pot almost scattered and poured out everything, one would expect the host to express a sense of fear and frustration ~ not Hilda Baci.

She was fully in charge. Her facial expressions and carriage didn't change. I was standing right before her, I could hear her ask one of the men, "What's happened?" In her calm, tender voice. She talked to the crane to meet the operators and later emerged, still looking like nothing had just happened that almost ruined her whole effort for the day.

The emotional stability and control of Hilda Baci need to be studied by would-be business owners and public figures.

She didn't even express extreme stress, fears, frustrations, or anxiety. People still tried to use some of her pictures to write things.

Just imagine she expressed them, and the "trend hungry" media houses/bloggers that were all there waiting for clout-worthy clips or images to pick, and trend captured her in any of those vulnerable states.

Just imagine the captions. Lol

Well, I also believe Hilda understands she is a public figure and every facial expression can send a wrong message or be used to pass a wrong message.

Her cheerful face, despite everything, kept everyone going throughout the night.
That's something to learn from Hilda Baci.

Besides, it was an attempt, meaning we were to expect the unexpected, cos nobody has cooked that volume of food in history before!
