Many candidates assume this question is a psychological test designed to give hiring managers magical insight into their psyche. It isnโ€™t. Most interview answers are one to two minutes long at most. How could any candidate possibly summarize everything they are great at in 120 seconds?

The truth is much simpler, and much more practical.

If they need someone to drive sales, highlight your proven track record in business development and agency management.

Give the interviewer exactly what they are looking for.
