· Counting of stock (weekly, monthly, quarterly), stock reconciliation and sign off.
· Preparation of daily sales report and reconciling with cashier and storekeeper registers
· Monitoring of cash lodgments and other deposits to bank
· Preparation of monthly bank scheme and bank promo report to head office finance for credit note in favor of the branch
· Confirmation of LTO and LTI issued and weekly sign off by accountant, storekeeper and manager
· Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation for various banks and flagging of lodgments not credited by any customer or to any supplier.
· Preparation of branch monthly payroll
· Weekly preparation of imprest and imprest analysis report
· Make audit returns - sales invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, tellers, etc.
· Schedule of goods returned to CWH with GRN confirmations received & including LTI
· Inter-branch supply - confirm that credits have been received by all branches releasing goods

• Prospect and convert Corporate clients for the organization
• Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth and profit margin.
• Identify new corporate clients, access their credit worthiness, and ensure that all bids are closed within the set time frame.
• Establish objective, explore customer needs with the aim of matching product with the customer value proposition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all level within an organization.
• Plan and organize sales strategy by maximizing company’s return on investment.
• Create awareness of the brand as well as analyze the market potential and the value of existing and potential clients.
• Monitor and report sales activities and follow up with the management
• Carryout after sales follow up and provide relevant feedbacks

Requirements/Qualification
• A proven and impressive new business development track record, with excellent experience of the full sales life cycle within the Electronic/Home Appliance industry
• A background preferably working in the home appliances industry ideally within B2B – a must.
