➡️Feeding Can Be Overwhelming
Whether breastfeeding or bottle feeding, the learning curve is steep. Latching issues, sore ni***es, cluster feeding—it’s a lot.
Prepare:
* Ni**le cream and breast pads
* Watch basic latch videos beforehand
* Have a backup feeding plan (just in case Of bruising)
* Stock up on formula (if you have the means) so you don’t go through the hassle of changing formula and baby’s reaction to it.
