Training Synopsis:
The current Challenges of inadequate training and certification on Basic Life Support (CPR, AED, First-aid) and other health related emergency medical skills among healthcare professionals in Nigeria is alarming. It is suggested that each hospital or organisation should have at least 3 individuals trained on Basic Life Support (BLS).

Basic Life Support training is vital and beneficial not only to health professionals and health facilities but also to non-healthcare professional and non-health related organisations (educational institutions, construction companies, manufacturing industries, corporate bodies, public offices and NGOs) for essential emergency and first aid management.
