Preferably for a company like Jumia, Konga, Kaymu, etc. if you have a certification in quality control like ISO 9000- this will be a plus. 2) Operations officer- someone that has worked in a printing press, or with souvenirs is a plus. You must be able to show strong organizational skills. You must have experience as an operations manager. Today is the last day of the year! It's amazing how the year went by so fast. This was the year our company came to FULL form. This was the year we experimented on different aspects of our business.
