It's few days to the 10 Days Belly Fat Challenge
2 Months Ago, we had a 7 Days Free session with several 'shakers' where they gained knowledge
of their body systems and what they can use to shed off those extra fats.
We tagged it the Shakers - 29th Edition
This time we've decided to increase it to 10 Days which is why we're here today. ๐

Here's some to do to remain healthy
1. If you ate a lot of junks yesterday, I'll advise you go on a three (3) days fruit therapy.๐๐๐๐
2. If you had very spicy and tasty meals, you'll need to consume a lot of water between now and three (3) days.๐ฅ๐ง
3. If you had chocolate, ice cream and the likes...๐, You need a lot of vegetables in your system right now.๐๐ฅ๐ฑ๐ฅฌ๐ฅฆ

The Month of September signifies several things but 1 major aspect it represents is Fruitfulness / New Beginnings / Productivity / Achievement.
It's the 9th month of the year...
What have you given birth to this year in the area of your health and Nutrition?
Would you continue the good work you've done in the past month to attain that healthy lifestyle you have now?
