It's few days to the 10 Days Belly Fat Challenge

2 Months Ago, we had a 7 Days Free session with several 'shakers' where they gained knowledge
of their body systems and what they can use to shed off those extra fats.

We tagged it the Shakers - 29th Edition

This time we've decided to increase it to 10 Days which is why we're here today. ๐Ÿ˜Š

What fruit do you think depicts Love?
How did you spend yesterday?

Here's some to do to remain healthy
1. If you ate a lot of junks yesterday, I'll advise you go on a three (3) days fruit therapy.๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ

2. If you had very spicy and tasty meals, you'll need to consume a lot of water between now and three (3) days.๐Ÿฅ›๐Ÿ’ง

3. If you had chocolate, ice cream and the likes...๐Ÿ˜, You need a lot of vegetables in your system right now.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿฅ—๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅฆ

What have you given birth to this year in the area of your health and Nutrition?
