SCENE 2: Beachside Nest
Under the cover of night, a mother tortoise crawls onto the sandy beach, her eyes scanning for the perfect spot to lay her eggs. She digs a hole with her strong flippers, carefully places the eggs inside, and covers them with sand. As she returns to the sea, she knows her work is done. The warmth of the sun will incubate the eggs, and eventually, tiny hatchlings will emerge, racing toward the ocean.
