All humans make mistakes. Perfection is not the goal; learning & growing is.

When you screw something up, don't hide from it. Own it, repair it, go ahead and feel how you feel, but don't stay in shame. This happened for a reason—figure out what it is and fix it for next time.

When someone else screws up, try to handle it with kindness, even if you're frustrated. Like you'd want to be treated in that situation.
