My heart is truly full. Thank you so much to everyone who took time to wish me a happy birthday on March 15th. Every message, call, prayer, and post meant so much to me, and I sincerely appreciate the love and kindness you all showed me.
I may not be able to reply to everyone individually, but please know that I saw your wishes and I’m very grateful. Your thoughtful words made my day extra special and reminded me how blessed I am to have such amazing people in my life.

Today is not just another day… it is a reminder of how far I have come, the battles I have fought quietly, the tears I wiped when no one was watching, and the strength God placed inside me even when I felt like giving up.
Happy birthday to me — Israel Ozioma Joy, a name that carries my story, my struggles, my growth and my purpose. Many people know me today as Nichom Tessy, a name lovingly given to me by my aunt when I was still a child, a name that has stayed with me through the different chapters of my life. Today I celebrate both names, because they represent the girl I was and the woman I am becoming.
This past year has not been the easiest, but it has been one of the most meaningful seasons of my life. I have learned that strength does not always look loud… sometimes strength is simply waking up every day and choosing to keep going. I have learned that growth sometimes comes with pain, with lessons that shape you, stretch you, and prepare you for the future you once prayed for.
