Job Title: IT Support
Location: Sagamu, Ogun State

Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy IT Support/ Data Analyst professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data to support business decisions while also providing technical support to ensure smooth IT operations. This role requires a combination of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and IT troubleshooting expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the LAN/WAN network, internet connectivity, and related hardware.
• Maintain and configure biometric attendance systems, ensuring accurate data capture and synchronization.
• Provide technical support for desktops, printers, routers, and other IT devices.
• Perform regular system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with IT policies.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repair or replacement.

Requirements:
• HND/ B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in IT support, network management, or system administration.
• Strong understanding of routers, biometric, switches, IP configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Title: Market Research Coordinator
Reports to: MD & Projet Consultant
Location: Lagos

Role summary:
To support ongoing and future marketing and market research activities in Nigeria by conducting on-ground research, gathering market intelligence, and providing actionable insights across various categories.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field visits to collect data on market trends, pricing, distribution, and consumer behavior.
• Execute surveys, interviews, and retail audits as per project requirements.
• Gather competitor information and provide periodic market updates.
• Coordinate with local distributors, retailers, and trade sources to validate findings.
• Compile research data and prepare concise reports or summaries for management.
• Support multiple research projects across different categories (e.g., FMCG, beverages, spirits, etc.).

Preferred Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role (market or field research — agency or client side).
• Strong understanding of Nigerian retail and trade environments.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within Nigeria as required.
