Just because you have little number of staff or none at all doesn’t remove the importance of staff meetings. Just working the routines does not gaurantee success for a business or organization. You need a set time to brainstorm and strategize.

You may be all things to the business but you need a set apart time to do certain things correctly. Create that time to overview the business and see how it can get better. Check the records and see areas where things can be be done better.

Check all the departments; marketing, sales, production, operations, advertising and what have you…then strategize how to improve.

Self-owned businesses who ignore this, finds it very hard to grow. Just reacting to everything is not the best approach to business growth. You need to get intentional and specific. Sit with yourself and have that meeting that changes everything for your business.
