When we designed the RISE Executive Leadership Programme, our goal was to create more than a leadership course. We wanted to build a transformative space where senior women leaders could step away from daily ex*****on and sharpen their strategic lens.

Over six weeks, we watched these executives challenge assumptions, gain deeper clarity, and expand their leadership perspective. One of the most rewarding parts of this journey has been hearing the impact directly from the participants themselves.

I invite you to listen to some of their reflections from our recent finale & networking evening.

To the 2026 RISE cohort, well done on the amazing work you’re doing in your different organizations. Thank you for showing up with openness, depth, and the courage to lead uniquely.

It’s time to RISE!

On Friday, we welcomed over 100 women leaders to the first physical convening of RISE, featuring a powerful opening workshop in Lagos. It was an incredible day!

On the faculty, I was joined by , Bolaji Agbede, and . Together, we shared hard-won wisdom with women ready to step into their full power. I’m grateful for the insightful conversations. The questions were intentional, and the energy was undeniable.

Over the next six weeks, these women will move through the full RISE curriculum, deepening their clarity, strengthening their voice, and expanding their influence.

To every woman in this cohort: you are exactly where you need to be.

This is only the beginning.
