How to listen is what we should be learning at this moment. ➖

Good leaders pay attention when their people are talking. They take actions that show they are listening. ➖

Listening as a skill reduces or eliminates conflicts. We tend to understand the party talking when we understand the emotions and intents of the words deployed in the communication. ➖

The world is talking but who’s listening? On this day 11, it’s important to remind ourselves how important it is to listen and not just mere hearing what is being said. ➖
