I believe the secret to having a smooth peeled boiled egg is simply Low heat!

Use low/medium heat and boil for a little long time (at least, 10-20mins)

And not just the smoothness, you'll also have an egg that is properly done, especially the egg yoke... not those ones that you'll finish boiling, and the egg yoke would still be looking yellow and very undone😆

Last time I ever boiled egg that couldn't peel smoothly should be 3 or 4 years ago 🥱
