they're the main reasons behind you adding more fat instead of dropping them.

Relax I am not saying you should get rid of them. All I am saying is control the relationship you have with them.

What if the only way out of belly and body fat was just the mind?

Like come to think of it. The only reason why you Started your fat loss journey was because you felt it would give you that self worth you desire.

And also the reason why You (yes you) haven't started also is because you've built your mind into believing

that you can't lose fat.

Maybe because everyone related to you is. Or you feel that dieting is only for the rich cause they are super expensive and restrictive.

You also feed your mind into believing that you need to feel pain during workout section for you to burn fat.

What if you chang your mindset,

Most times I get the Question coach how do I lose weight.

Well my answer has always been healthy habits or healthy meals.

But most people do complicate things which is one of the reason I made this post.
