NOTE: Breast milk contains 87% water.
Meaning if you are practing Exclusive breastfeeding, you do not give the baby water or any formula, only medication is given according to physicians order. Exclusive breastfeeding has its importance to the mother and also to the baby. So don't think its only your baby that is benefiting.
