Finance Intern

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
Data Processing: Input financial transactions and invoices into corporate accounting systems.
Bank Reconciliation: Match monthly bank statements with internal payment vouchers and receipts.
Inventory & Costing Support: Assist the finance team with stock count data entry, variance reports, and asset tracking.
Documentation & Archiving: Organize, file, and retrieve financial vouchers and invoices for audit preparation.
Expense Verification: Review internal staff expense reports to ensure alignment with company policy.

Requirements:
Education: Must be a current Polytechnic student pursuing an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting or Banking and Finance.
Placement Type: Must have completed the OND curriculum and possess an official one-year Industrial Training (I.T.) letter from your institution.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, basic formulas) and general computer literacy.
Attributes: Strong attention to numerical details, absolute integrity when handling financial data, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
