They say I too like eating kids food, I guess they don't know the health benefits of SNACKS

Snacks can play a significant role in a healthy diet when chosen wisely. Here are some health benefits of snacks:

Positive effects:

- Helps maintain energy levels and prevents hunger
- Supports weight management by controlling hunger and portion sizes
- Can provide essential nutrients and vitamins
- Can help manage blood sugar levels and prevent large dips in blood sugar

Healthy snacking tips:

1. Energy Boost: Snacks can provide a quick source of energy between meals, especially important for maintaining concentration and productivity.

2. Nutrient Intake: Healthy snacks can contribute to your daily intake of essential nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and fiber.

3. Weight Management: Snacking can help manage hunger and prevent overeating during meals, aiding in weight management.

4. Blood Sugar Control: Eating snacks with a balanced mix of protein, fats, and carbohydrates can help maintain stable blood sugar levels.

5. Improved Metabolism: Regular, healthy snacks can keep your metabolism active, supporting overall health.

6. Muscle Maintenance: Protein-rich snacks can support muscle repair and growth, especially beneficial after physical activity.

7. Mood Enhancement: Nutrient-rich snacks can improve mood and reduce stress, thanks to the steady release of energy and nutrients.

Remember, snacking can be a healthy part of a balanced diet if done mindfully and with nutrient-dense options.

A friend of mine came to visit me in my office, we were having a serious conversation when he quickly pulled my attention to his observation, he said "you're giving your boys too much liberty (my apprentices)", you're not harsh on them like many bosses I know, are you sure you know what you are doing this time.

The very first statement I uttered was "ONLY A HAPPY WORKER CAN BRING PROSPERITY TO THE COMPANY", Human Resources is a major lifeline in any kind of business, no business can stand alone in the absence of human resources...

To get the best out of the human resources a motivator has come into the picture.

This motivator can be sliced into two categories:

POSITIVE MOTIVATION could be in monetary value, incentives, a conducive working environment, or personal growth opportunities like special training, and mentorship amongst others.

On the other side:

NEGATIVE MOTIVATION is usually deployed to imbibe discipline and fear in the workers, a bit of cohesiveness is often applied through strict rules, close supervision, threat of job loss and demotion...

While negative motivation may produce results, these kinds of results are always short-lived as they can lead to low morale at work, becoming unruly to the management, and decreased job satisfaction.

By emphasizing positive motivation businesses can create a supportive environment that fosters growth, bountiful output, increased productivity and eventually long-term success and growth of the company.

Placing your staff under undue pressure, an unconducive working environment and strict rules will, in turn, hurt your business because you can't always be onsite with them, you can only track their productivity through their output...

When staff feels unsupported and pressured, productivity suffers, and your business ultimately bears the consequences...

So many times you'll realize that your business is slowing down even when you are doing everything right, that might just be the effect of NEGATIVELY MOTIVATED staff
