*When truth leaves a relationship, peace follows*.
One of the painful realities in many relationships today is that people often focus more on who is wrong than on what went wrong.
Recently, stories have surfaced online about marriages collapsing under the weight of infidelity, emotional manipulation, irresponsibility, dishonesty, and betrayal. In some cases, one partner abandons the marriage emotionally or physically after becoming involved with someone else, while the other partner walks away feeling drained, deceived, and psychologically exhausted.
But beyond the drama and public opinions lies a deeper issue humanity must confront.
Many relationships today are suffering not just because of infidelity, but because of deeper issues like emotional neglect, manipulation, irresponsibility, dishonesty, pride, and lack of accountability. People often focus on who is wrong instead of addressing what is destroying the relationship from within.
Cheating, abandonment, and emotional manipulation damage trust, peace, emotional safety, and the foundation of marriage itself. These problems are often fueled by lack of character, unhealed wounds, poor communication, unhealthy relationship culture, and absence of spiritual values.
For a relationship to remain healthy, couples must fight against:
Pride
Secrecy
Emotional neglect
Manipulation
Disrespect
Lack of accountability
And intentionally embrace:
Honest communication
Faithfulness
Mutual respect
Emotional maturity
Responsibility
Forgiveness with wisdom
Spiritual growth together
A major warning sign in any relationship is when lies become normal, respect disappears, and one partner constantly feels emotionally unsafe or unheard. Spiritually, marriage was designed by God to reflect love, truth, loyalty, and mutual honour not control, deception, or selfishness.
In the end, relationships do not usually collapse suddenly. They slowly weaken when people stop protecting the covenant and start protecting only themselves.

Dear friend,
Every morning you wake up is not ordinary. It’s a message: you still have something to do here.
Life may not always be easy.
It may not always be fair.
But it is always valuable.
So don’t waste it comparing, complaining, or carrying yesterday’s pain. Use it. Grow through it. Thank God for it. Because the truth is…
Someone somewhere prayed for the life you are living right now.
Life is a gift.
Open it with gratitude. Live it with purpose.
Shalom!✌️
