Job Summary:
We are looking for a competent facility manager to oversee the maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and maintain properties, including repairs, renovations, and maintenance.
-Oversee facility staff, including contractors and vendors.
-Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders
- Analyze and resolve facility-related issues

Requirements:

- Must be a male.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facility management or real estate management.
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
