Position: Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to all our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
Provide excellent customer service to all clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously
Handle company Social Media accounts
Ensure that the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements:
National diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications
Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
