Are you a results-driven marketer with experience in real estate or high-ticket sales? This opportunity in Ikeja, Lagos might be for you.

Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Industry: Real Estate
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation:
₦120,000 Monthly + Attractive Commission

What You'll Do:
• Drive sales and expand client base
• Generate and nurture high-value leads
• Organize and conduct property inspections
• Negotiate and close high-value deals
• Build strong investor and corporate client relationships
• Monitor real estate trends and market opportunities

Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in real estate marketing or high-ticket sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing & CRM tools (added advantage)
• Existing investor/corporate network preferred
• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset
