(2) A two bedroom home apartment

For any of the above mentioned categories a potential subscriber shall pay the minimum down payment of to get started and the remaining amount to be paid in installments over a period of 10 or 15years as the subscribers so desire.
Below is the break down of the total amount payable and duration for each category.

(1) The total amount payable for a one bed room mini flat apartment is #9,550,0000.with the remaining amount payable monthly in equal installments of 50k for
15years.pls note minimum down payment is to get started.

(2)The total amount payable for a two bedroom apartment with duration of payments spread over 10yrs or 15yrs as the subscriber desires.

For a 10yrs payment plan,the total amount payable is #12,550,000. the subscriber makes a min down payment
