Parametric estimating technique uses both historical data and project parameters to calculate cost and duration. Measurements like cost per square meter can be used as a basis of estimates while using the parametric method. As long as the data source is reliable, this method is adequately accurate. While using this estimating technique, the higher accuracy of the underlying data, the higher its accuracy. This method might also require more time and it can cost more than the analogous estimating method. Happy new work week. I trust your weekend was great? Part of the many activities I did this weekend is the celebration of my church's second year anniversary. I had the rare privilege of being part of the project team that constructed our current auditorium. One major lesson from this project for me is, "Whatever is not scheduled is not done" There is a huge difference between what is planned and what is scheduled and that difference is Timeline. One may say "I intend to get my certification " The question is when? Some persons are always preparing for a stage they never intend to climb.
