🚨 WAIT!!! 🚨
What if I told you that you already have everything you need to save a life?
No mask.
No equipment.
No rescue breaths.
Just your hands.
When someone suddenly collapses and isn’t breathing normally, it may be cardiac arrest. In those first few minutes, the most important thing you can do is start Hands-Only CPR.
Here’s the truth:
⚠️ The brain begins to suffer damage within 4–6 minutes without oxygen.
⚠️ Emergency responders may take several minutes to arrive.
⚠️ Bystanders are the real first responders.
So what do you do?
1️⃣ Call emergency services immediately.
2️⃣ Place both hands in the center of the chest.
3️⃣ Push hard and fast — 100–120 beats per minute.
4️⃣ Don’t stop until help arrives or the person starts breathing.
That’s it.
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to act.
Most cardiac arrests happen at home — which means the life you save could be someone you love.
