One major proof of spending quality time with your children is the possibility of constant yelling at them 😁😁🤭... They will likely do the exact thing you ask them not to do.
This weekend... Don't just be in the same building with your children, spend quality time with them!
Burn some calories by chasing them around the house😁
Get involved in their lives, play games together and create memories fgag cannot be taken away from them!
Happy Weekend!

You've heard a lot about investing in Real Estate but you don't know where to start as you've got little or no funds.
Today, we will be sharing 5 ways you can kickstart your Real Estate Investment journey and build wealth for yourself.

1. REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts):
- REITs are like stocks, but they represent ownership in real estate assets.
- You can invest in REITs with a relatively small amount of capital, and they often pay dividends.

2. Wholesaling/Real Estate Consulting:
- Wholesaling involves finding great real estate deals and passing them on to investors for a fee. You don't need to purchase the property yourself; you're essentially acting as a middleman.
- Build a network of real estate investors and learn how to identify properties with potential.
- Negotiate deals and earn a fee for connecting sellers with buyers.

3. Real Estate Crowdfunding: Real estate crowdfunding platforms allow you to pool your money with other investors to invest in properties.
- Look for crowdfunding platforms that have low minimum investment requirements.

4. Real Estate Partnerships/Property Management:
- Find a partner who has the funds but may lack the time or expertise to invest actively in real estate.
- You can contribute your skills, such as property management, finding deals, or renovation work, in exchange for a share of the profits.

5. Short Letting:
- If you have a spare room or property, consider listing it on platforms like Airbnb.
- This can generate income with minimal upfront costs compared to purchasing a property.
Remember to conduct thorough research, seek professional advice, and have a solid understanding of the local real estate market before pursuing any investment opportunity.
