VACANCY: FRONT DESK SECRETARY

Position: Full-Time Gen-Secretary
OAKCITY GROUP is looking for a dedicated, punctual, and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Secretary. As the face of OAKCITY TUTORIAL, you will be responsible for managing office operations and assisting students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing office correspondence and phone calls.
Welcoming students and visitors professionally.
Maintaining accurate records and student files.
Assisting Management with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel).
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Must be available for immediate resumption.
