ANOTHER SCHOOL EMBRACES THE ECO-BRICK SANITATION HUBS PROJECT

Today, teachers and pupils of RCM Primary School, Poor, in Makurdi Local Government Area, alongside community leaders, expressed their readiness to be part of an innovative solution that transforms discarded plastic bottles into eco-bricks for the construction of climate-resilient sanitation facilities.

This commitment was demonstrated during an advocacy visit by Angel Support Foundation (ASF) to engage stakeholders on the importance and impact of the Eco-Brick Sanitation Hubs Project.
What inspired us most was the enthusiasm and willingness of the school and community to embrace change. Nothing compares to the power of committed people coming together around a shared vision.

The Eco-Brick Sanitation Hubs Project is more than a construction initiative. It is a community-driven movement that addresses plastic pollution while improving access to safe, inclusive, and sustainable sanitation facilities in underserved communities.

When communities are willing to lead, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.

We welcome partners, supporters, and changemakers who share this vision to join us in expanding the impact across more schools and communities.

This exciting football tournament brings together young people from across Makurdi to champion climate action, environmental sustainability and community engagement through the unifying power of sports.

As teams compete on the field, we will also be promoting awareness on environmental protection, responsible waste management, climate resilience, and sustainable living practices. Together, we can inspire positive action and build a cleaner, greener, and healthier future for our communities.
