Just look around. Take a look around your street while strolling, at your workplaces, in the malls, market places. Just look around anywhere you go. You see people smiling but little do you know that they are frustrated beings walking around.
Almost everyone is going through one thing or the other whether you are rich or poor.

As you’re going out this week, change your perspective of treating people the way they behave, knowing that;

1. 970 million people globally were living with a mental disorder, with anxiety and depression the most common.
2. 33% the world are suffering loneliness
3. Some people left their home burning down with problems all they can think of is how they are going to face the same problem they leave behind at night
4. Some put on smiles and beautiful clothes but deep down there their businesses are flopping, there is no money, they are hungry etc.

So be kind to everyone you meet this week no matter how they treat you,
How I wish you finish this week without getting angry with anyone but smile all through.
