Pregnant Before Wedding Day
Episode 4
Lily arrived at Dr. John’s house just before sunset. The streets were quiet, and the air was soft with the smell of the evening breeze. She carried a small bag in one hand and used the spare keys he had given her to unlock the door. Inside, the apartment felt warm and familiar. She walked to the kitchen without removing her shoes, already thinking of the meal she was about to prepare. It had to be perfect—his favorite food, made with care. She believed that tonight could change everything for her.
She moved through the kitchen slowly, setting out the ingredients and humming softly. The sound of the knife against the cutting board filled the room. As she stirred the pot, steam curled into the air, carrying the rich smell of spices. She imagined the smile on Dr. John’s face when he walked in and saw her effort. The table was set neatly at the dining area, plates and glasses lined up as if they were expecting important guests. By the time she finished cooking, the apartment smelled like comfort and home.
When the food was ready, Lily arranged it on the dining table and stepped back to admire her work. Everything looked inviting. She went to the bathroom to take a warm shower, letting the water run over her skin. She wanted to look fresh and soft, like a woman ready to welcome her man after a long day. Wrapping herself in a towel, she returned to the bedroom, slipped into a delicate nightdress, and went to wait for him in the living room. Her heart was calm but expectant.
It was almost 8 p.m. when Dr. John returned. The moment he opened the door, the aroma of the food rushed to meet him. He stopped in the doorway and smiled. “Lily, what have you done? This smells amazing!” Without even changing from his work clothes, he went straight to the dining table. “You’ve outdone yourself,” he said, pulling out a chair. He picked up his spoon and began to eat as though he had been starving all day. Lily sat across from him, watching him eat with quiet satisfaction.
When the meal was finished, Dr. John leaned back in his chair and let out a deep sigh of contentment. “Lily, you’ve made me so happy tonight. This is exactly what I needed.” He stood up, walked to her side, and k.issed her forehead. Then he disappeared into the bathroom to take his shower. The sound of running water filled the apartment, and Lily’s mind began to beat fast. This was the moment she had been preparing for. She could not let it slip away.
Later, when they both lay on the bed, Lily began to move closer to him. She touched his arm gently and whispered his name. Her voice was soft, almost pleading. She wanted them to make love. She wanted this to happen. She needed it to happen. But Dr. John turned to her with a calm smile and said, “Lily, I care about you too much to cross that line. I want us to keep our relationship pure until we are married. We cannot make love until then.” His voice carried no hesitation, only quiet conviction.
Lily’s face fell. “But… we are going to be married,” she said. “Why not now? We love each other. Why wait?” Dr. John shook his head. “Because I’m a Christian, and I believe intimacy should be shared only after marriage. I’ve kept myself this way for a reason, and I want our first time to be special—on our wedding night.” His words were gentle, but they were firm. “Please understand me, Lily. This is how I choose to love you.”
She tried again, this time with more emotion. “Dr. John, I want to feel close to you. I want to give you all of me. Can’t we make just one exception? Make love to me just once.” But he took her hand in his and k.issed it. “I love you, Lily. And I want to be patient. Waiting will not take anything away from us. It will only make that day more beautiful. Trust me on this.” His voice was steady, leaving no room for argument. Lily’s heart sank. This was not the answer she had hoped for.
Dr. John soon drifted off to sleep, his breathing deep and peaceful. But Lily sat up on the bed, staring into the darkness. Her plan had failed, and the weight of that failure pressed heavily on her chest. She thought about the life growing inside her, about the days slipping away, about how easily her secret could come into the light. She pulled her knees to her chest and wrapped her arms around them, feeling a sharp sting in her eyes. A tear slipped down her cheek.
“What if he finds out that I’m pregnant for another man before I can pin the pregnancy on him? My God, I’m finished.” Lily wept.
She whispered into the silence, almost to herself, “If he sleeps with me, it will be easier to pin the pregnancy on him. But now, he has refused.” The words felt heavier now than when she had first thought of them. She stayed awake for a long time, listening to the quiet sounds of the night, wondering what the next day would bring, and how much longer she could keep hiding the truth.

Pregnant Before Wedding Day
Episode 5
Lily was seriously worried about her impending wedding to Dr John. She is thinking it might not work. She has to hatch another plan. That morning, after Dr. John had left for work, she started cracking her brain. The early morning light streamed into the room, but it brought no warmth to her thoughts. She was becoming more desperate. She wants the man to sleep with her but he has refused. The wedding delay was eating at her, and the quiet refusal of Dr. John to give in to her wishes was beginning to frighten her. She did not want to lose him, not now. If the truth about her pregnancy came out before the wedding, everything she had planned would fall apart. She had to find another way to make him sleep with her.
Her mind settled on a new plan. This time, she would not beg or plead. She would make the night so full of romance and celebration that he would have no reason to say no. She would get him drunk enough to forget his careful promises and give himself to her without even realizing it. It sounded risky, but in her heart, she felt it was her last hope. She was still in his house from her last visit, so she had the perfect opportunity to prepare everything before he returned.
After tidying up the house, Lily stepped out to buy what she needed. She chose an expensive bottle of wine, the kind that looked special even before it was opened. Then she bought fresh ingredients for a rich dinner—one that would fill the house with the smell of comfort and home. As she walked back with the bags in her hands, she rehearsed in her mind how the evening would unfold. She told herself that this had to work, that tonight would change everything for her future.
When Dr. John returned that evening, he was once again met with the familiar aroma of her cooking. He dropped his bag by the door, smiled warmly, and said, “Lily, you are spoiling me. You’re going to make me addicted to your meals.” His words carried genuine joy, and Lily returned his smile, though hers carried a hidden urgency. They sat together and ate, laughing softly between bites. At one point, Dr. John looked at her and said, “I can’t wait until the day you’re here for good. I want us to start our life together as soon as possible.”
When the meal was over, Lily went to the kitchen and brought out the wine. The deep red liquid swirled into their glasses, glistening under the soft light of the dining room. “To love,” she said, lifting her glass. Dr. John smiled and touched his glass to hers. They drank slowly at first, but before long, they were refilling their glasses, talking about dreams and plans, and laughing about small things. Lily kept pouring, her heart pounding as she watched him relax more and more, his words slowing and his eyelids growing heavy.
By the time the bottle was nearly empty, Dr. John was leaning back in his chair, smiling lazily. “Lily, you’ve made this a wonderful night,” he murmured. She stood and walked over to him, helping him up. “Come,” she said softly, “let’s go to bed.” He let her guide him into the bedroom. There, she began to remove his clothes gently, her hands moving with purpose. The sight of him so unguarded made her heart leap—she thought, at last, this was the moment she had been waiting for.
But when she moved to begin what she had planned, Dr. John moved. His eyes opened, still heavy with drink, and he placed his hands on her shoulders, pushing her aside. “Lily… no,” he said firmly, though his voice was quiet. “I have told you before… I will not do this until after we are married.” His words cut through her like a cold wind. She sat back, her face pale, watching as he pulled the covers over himself. “Please, respect me,” he added, before closing his eyes again.
Lily stood frozen for a long moment. The frustration grew inside her, sharp and hot. She slipped into the bathroom, locking the door behind her. The mirror reflected a face she barely recognized—tired, desperate, and afraid. She turned on the tap and let the water run, but it could not drown the quiet sobs that escaped her. Her hands clung to the edge of the sink as she thought of the secret growing inside her, and how easily it could destroy everything. She stayed there until her tears had dried on her cheeks.
Morning came quietly. Lily rose before Dr. John and began to pack her things. Her movements were slow but deliberate. When he finally woke up and saw her by the door, bag in hand, he asked, “Lily, what’s wrong? Why are you leaving so early?” She looked at him with a cold sadness. “John, I feel like you’re hiding something from me. If you weren’t, you wouldn’t keep insisting that we wait until after the wedding before you will sleep with me. I wanted it last night and you pushed me away. I don’t understand you.” Her voice trembled, but she turned away before he could answer.
Without another word, she walked out of his apartment, leaving him standing in the doorway with a puzzled look on his face. The hallway seemed longer than usual as she carried her bag, but she kept moving. Her mind was a storm, swirling with fear and frustration. Outside, the morning sun was bright, but it did nothing to lighten the heaviness she carried. She told herself she needed another plan—and soon—before time ran out.

Episode 6
Dr. John was beginning to also think about Lily’s behaviour. For weeks, Lily’s insistence on getting him to sleep with her before their wedding had puzzled him. He believed in waiting, but her desperation seemed far beyond simple affection. Something was not right. The more he thought about it, the more uneasy he became. “Why is she pushing so hard?” he asked himself quietly. That evening, as the sun sank behind the hospital, he decided he needed to find out the truth. He would no longer sit in the dark, wondering. He would act.
The next day, he went to Lily’s apartment. She opened the door reluctantly, her face cool and unreadable. John spoke gently, “Lily, I want us to make peace. I am sorry if I made you feel unwanted. Let us put this behind us.” She hesitated for a moment, then nodded slowly. “Alright, John. I’ll come to your house later tonight,” she replied. Her voice was calm, but he could see the flicker of satisfaction in her eyes. Inside, John’s mind was already turning over his plan. Tonight, he would have the answer he was looking for.
On his way home, John stopped at a quiet pharmacy. He walked in and purchased a pregnancy test kit. The pharmacist handed it to him in a small paper bag, not knowing the weight it carried in his heart. He also bought a transparent waterproof container, something that could hold liquid without spilling. Back at home, he placed the container carefully inside the restroom, positioned in such a way that it would catch any urine without the user noticing. His heart was worried, but he told himself this was the only way to be sure.
When Lily arrived later that evening, she was dressed in a soft floral gown, her hair falling gently over her shoulders. She greeted him warmly, and he returned the gesture, hiding the tension inside him. They had dinner together, speaking softly, with John making sure to keep the atmosphere warm and inviting. Afterward, they moved to the living room, and he took her hand. This time, he did not resist. He told himself it was necessary to carry out his plan. He would have to go against his personal values for one night.
They went into the bedroom, and Lily’s smile grew. This was the moment she had been waiting for. She gave herself completely, and for the first time, John allowed himself to cross the line he had kept for so long. He made love to her. In her heart, Lily felt triumphant. She believed she had finally secured her future. When it was over, she lay back with a satisfied sigh. Soon, she rose and walked into the bathroom, not knowing that every step she took was moving her closer to the truth John was seeking.
Inside the bathroom, Lily relieved herself, completely unaware of the small transparent leather beneath her. She washed her hands, adjusted her gown, and returned to the bedroom, feeling lighter than she had in weeks. She curled up on the bed beside John, her eyes beginning to close. “I’m happy tonight,” she whispered before drifting off to sleep. John watched her for a moment, his mind calm but focused. This was the time to finish what he had started.
Quietly, he rose from the bed and went into the bathroom. His eyes fell on the container, now holding the liquid he needed for the test. With careful hands, he lifted it and placed it on the counter. He opened the small paper bag from the pharmacy, took out the pregnancy test strip, and dipped it into the sample. The seconds felt like hours as he waited, watching the strip slowly change. His breath was steady, but his heart beat softly in his chest.
The faint pink lines began to appear, and then they grew clearer, sharper, undeniable. John’s eyes did not blink as he stared at the result. It was positive. Lily was pregnant. He felt a strange stillness settle over him, the kind that comes when a hidden truth finally steps into the light. All his suspicions were confirmed, yet the reality still hit him like a quiet blow. He stood there for a long moment, the strip in his hand, the cool bathroom air around him.
His thoughts turned quickly—how long had she known? Was this the reason behind all her sudden urgency? In his heart, he knew the answer already. She had been carrying this secret, and she had been determined to pin the pregnancy on him before he could find out. The heaviness in his chest was not anger, not yet. It was disappointment, deep and quiet, like a shadow that spread slowly through him. He placed the strip down on the sink and leaned against the wall in shock.
John returned to the bedroom, standing by the edge of the bed. Lily slept peacefully, unaware that the game had changed. He looked at her face, so calm, so certain that her plan had worked. In his mind, he said nothing. The truth was now in his hands, and with it came the choice of what to do next. But for this moment, in the stillness of the night, he simply stood there, knowing that nothing between them would ever be the same again.
