Your period is natural ... not a taboo.
It’s time to break the silence, challenge harmful beliefs, and create a world where every girl can live with dignity and confidence. Together, we normalize what has always been natural.
Last year in Langtang, I met girls who choose between food and pads.
When a girl can’t manage her period, she misses 3-5 school days every month. That’s 30-50 days a year. That’s her future on pause.
This is not “women’s issue.” It’s a community issue.
